YOGA CLASSES

Experience the many benefits of Yoga including improved flexibility, focus, muscle tone and strength. Classes open to all levels will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM

             8 Classes (2x per week for 4 week interval)$35

             4 Classes (1x per week for 4 weeks)    $25
